This Connection & Intention Bootcamp will help you truly communicate with your partner through clear, confident, and responsive movement.

15-minute social break to dance, hydrate, and refresh.
45 minutes of Intentional Connection to level up your partner communication and musical expression.
Connection Foundation (12:00PM–12:45 PM)
In this first segment, we’ll drill the essential connection building blocks that make every dance feel smooth, comfortable, and in sync. These principles stay with you no matter the dance style, pattern, speed, or partner. You’ll learn:
Frame & Posture – How to hold your body so you’re stable yet adaptable.
Tone & Energy Matching – Adjusting your tension to match your partner and the music.
Elasticity & Stretch – Using natural give-and-take to create a dynamic, responsive dance.
Clear Lead/Follow Pathways – Sending and receiving signals without excess force or guesswork.
Weight Transfer Clarity – How clear weight changes help your partner feel secure.
Space Management– Maintaining space and orientation for comfort and flow.
Continuous Connection – Never “dropping” the link between partners, even during turns or spins.
Intentional Application (1:00PM–1:45 PM)
This is where we take all the connection concepts we just learned and apply them to our foundational patterns with intentional musical expression, which will make all the difference in how you understand, feel, and enjoy social dancing.
