Purpose
To take dancers who already know their Salsa 101 basics and help them own their movement —technique, body action, styling, musicality, and presence.

Why “Lab?”
This series designed for students to have a fun and interactive safe space to “experiment” with new movements, styling, and drills.  We will be giving options for you to explore, experiment with, and ultimately decide what feels right for you, your body, and your comfort zone.

We use your foundation figures as raw material, then “level up” through solo shines, isolation drills, framing, styling options, and a deep dive into understanding the music.  This series will not only level up your social dancing, but will also give you a solid foundation in performance based dancing.

Included
Included in this series will be a “Before and After” video to highlight your progress.  A 6-Week syllabus will be provided for those who register.  The goal of this six week series isn’t to memorize patterns — it’s to learn how to move beautifully, musically, and with confidence within the basics.
