What is the Dance King Influencer Internship?
A unique opportunity for high school and college students to gain hands-on experience in event promotion, content creation, and community outreach, inspiring others to dance, laugh, and connect.
Interns will be using social media to share and promote unforgettable social experiences centered around music and partner dancing that inspire connection, confidence, and community…the Dance King Mission!

Are interested in event promotion, photography, videography, and/or content creation

What Will Influencers Do?

CONTENT CREATION
Our Influencers will create and capture content that promote Dance King Date Nights for couples, our local partnerships and date night events, and the benefits of dancing together. Your focus will be on couples…specifically date nights.
Your job is to help spark conversations about love, laughter, and connection — through creative, high-energy content, and to create content that is inviting to couples to enjoy a weekly date night together, highlighting how dancing is the perfect way to connect.
Types of content may include:
Photos & videos from Dance King events
Selfie videos (encouraging parents to go on a weekly date night)
Voice-over reels
Short-form videos or reels (15-60 sec) for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
Testimonials from couples or students
Interviews of local couples and their experience learning to dance together (how it benefited their partnership)
Interview-style videos asking parents or adults, “What keeps your relationship strong?”
Inspirational content to motivate couples to give it a try
Behind-the-scenes clips of couples dancing, laughing, or learning together
Graphics or quotes using Canva or phone based editing tools
Stories/highlights promoting upcoming events or memberships
B-roll montages of Dance King events with music overlays
Day-in-the-Life vlogs: “Come with my parents to Dance King Date Night!”
Before/After videos: “Before Dance Night vs After Dance Night” (playful & fun)
Shared interest stories: talking about how dancing together has brought couples closer
Event highlight reels: capturing the energy, movement, and joy of each Dance King event
Event photos with fun captions like “Date Night Done Right!”
Quote graphics about connection, love, or dancing together (using Canva)
Selfies at events with Dance King logo or sign
Testimonial graphics from couples who attend events
CONTENT DISTRIBUTION
Influencers will share content by:
Post regularly on their personal social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok,
Snapchat, YouTube Shorts, etc.)Tagging @DanceKingStudios and using our branded hashtags (example: #DateNightDoneRight, #DanceKing, etc.)
Add posts to Stories and save to Highlights
Engaging with and resharing Dance King’s official posts (stories, posts, and events)
Coordinating with the Dance King marketing director to align with upcoming promotions
Share content with the Dance King team to be featured in newsletters, website highlights, partner venue promotions, and event recap reels
Repost Dance King’s official content and add personal voice/perspective
Day-in-the-Life vlogs: “Come with my parents to Dance King Date Night!”

Dance King Influencers are eligible to earn money for each successful referral they make. When someone joins the Dance King community (via membership, event ticket, or program) thanks to your influence, you’ll get paid. The more people you inspire to join, the more you earn!
